Machakos deputy governor has told critics to allow Machakos governor to fulfil the promises she made to Machakos residents without unnecessary distractions.

Speaking during the issuance County bursaries worth Sh.120 million shillings in Matungulu sub-county, Francis Mwangangi said that governor Wavinya Ndeti had a pact with her electorate and was up to her to decide on the best way to deliver on her promises.

“We have no problem with our critizers. But we have a problem with the people criticizing us because they are jealous of the monenies governor Wavinya has set aside to help our people. Upto this moment, almost up to 600 development projects identified by the community across the county are done to completion and our people are very happy.” he said.

Mr. Mwangangi called on leaders to unite since the divisions that have been witnessed before have thrown the kamba community off-balance politically.

“There is no space for division. Let us come together and support one another. Our own Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has shown interest in the 2027 Presidential contest. We need unity because time is running out.” he said.
