Kitui county Lands, Housing, and Urban Development CECM Fredrick Kimanga has declared his interest to vie for the Kitui West parliamentary seat in the 2027general election.

Kimanga, popularly known as generali, has promised what he termed servant leadership if elected as MP.

“I pride myself as a servant of the people of Kitui West.I will commit to offer servant and transformative leadership and strive to uplift the livelihoods of the people of Kitui West if I am elected the MP in the 2027 election.” He said.

Generali Kimanga, who was recently ranked the best performing minister in the country by the reputable Mizani Africa Group, will be seeking to unseat the incumbent Edith Nyenze.

Kimanga said he has what it takes to take the constituency to the next level in terms of social economic growth.
