Kiima Kimwe/Muvuti ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) Joseph Mulinge took to the floor of the Machakos County Assembly to commemorate former Primr Minister Raila Odinga’s contributions to the nation, emphasizing the enduring legacy he leaves behind.
