Machakos town Mp Caleb Mule has kicked off the annual bursary application exercise aimed at providing financial support to learners in Secondary schools, colleges and universities within Machakos town constituency.

Speaking during the launch of the bursary application exercise, Caleb said he was committed to ensure that no deserving student was denied an education due to financial constraints.

“This year, a significant sum of 81 Million Kenyan shillings has been emarked for distribution.” He said.

He urged parents and guardians to participate actively in the initiative while encouraging them to submit applications for their children. 

“We must ensure that no child is left behind due to lack of school fees. All applications will be considered fairly to uphold the process’s transparency and integrity.” He said.

The legislator was accompanied by Muvuti/Kiima Kimwe Ward MCA Joseph Mulinge, Mua Ward MCA Francis Ngunga and Kalama MCA Boniface Maeke.
